YapMap Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using YapMap (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and token. YapMap cannot and will not be liable for any loss from failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Acceptable use

• No use for disinformation, harassment, or content violating EU or local laws.
• No reverse engineering or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
• No storing or sharing of personal data without lawful basis.

4. Payment & refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the billing period. Refunds are issued at YapMap’s discretion.

5. Service level

Enterprise customers receive a 99.5% uptime commitment. Standard customers access the service on a best-effort basis.

6. Liability

YapMap is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YapMap disclaims all warranties. Our cumulative liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
